She descended from one of the oldest Moravian families in this area. Music was her passion. Piano was her love. She was the organist for many area Moravian churches, directed choirs, taught piano and even taught her husband to play the trumpet. They raised two children in this home.
This sale includes music and Moravian-themed items, a baby grand piano, boxes of sheet music, music boxes, jewelry, clothing, art, china and books. There are sets of bedroom furniture, a daybed with trundle, dining table and chair sets, a corner cabinet, lighted display case, wicker furniture, a grandfather clock, and small tables. There are antique chairs and a drop leaf table, a vintage hi-fi, modern & vintage refrigerators and a flat screen TV. There are lots of linens and beautiful clothing, holiday and floral items, children’s toys and a 20’ x 11’ storage building with four windows.
