A Great Sale in a Unique Location
The Fains have owned this building next to their office supply building for years. It once housed the downtown Goodwill store. They have used this space as a storage unit for three generations of home, office and personal treasures. It’s well-lit and full of now full shelves.
In this sale you’ll find wonderful furniture from the art nouveau style dining room set to the mid-century style media cabinet to the Pearson red leather sofa. There’s an 18th century buffet, vintage prints and original art. There several bed frames, a crib, four chests of drawers, dining room tables and lots of chairs. We have a new-in-the box Jonathan Adler Sputnik light, as well as two retractable mid-century fixtures, standing and table lamps. There are many collectibles including an Eddy refrigerator, several primitive pieces and some funky ceramics. Housewares include Lindt Stymeist Colorways and other china patterns, glassware, linens and beautiful custom drapes. We have children’s, men’s and women’s clothing from Free People, J Crew, Lilly Pulitzer, Stuart Weizmann, Isabella Fiore, kate spade, TOMS, and lots of jewelry. The toy department includes Brio trains & table, K’nex, matchbox and radio controlled cars, a soccer goal, ATV, bicycles, a vintage train set, puzzles, board games and lots of books. Sports & camping equipment. Tools include a DeWalt power saw, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, assorted hardware and garden tools, a bird bath, pond liner, power washer and composter. There are wicker, bamboo and wrought iron patio sets. There are many kinds of office, craft and garden supplies including cement planters, a Sno Kone machine, computer desks, carts and shelving.
Parking:this building is between 7th & 6th streets on Liberty, which is one way. There is parking on both sides of the street and a lot behind the building which can be reached from Main Street.
